Every Métiers piece is individually handcrafted and prepared with care. As most of our pieces are made to order, preparation time is included in the estimated delivery period above.

We always aim to fulfill orders within the stated timeframe; however, occasional delays may occur due to the handmade nature of our production or circumstances outside of our control.

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

We accept returns of eligible standard items within 14 days of receiving your order.

You do not need to provide a reason for your return. However, as a small independent brand producing each piece by hand, we would greatly appreciate it if you choose to share your reason with us. Your feedback helps us improve our products and customer experience.

To request a return, please contact info@studiometiers.com within 14 days of delivery. We will provide you with the return instructions and designated shipping method.

Once you have notified us of your return, the item should be sent back within the period required under applicable consumer legislation.

For domestic returns made using our designated return carrier, return shipping will be covered by Métiers.

Please return the item with its original packaging and accessories and handle the piece only as reasonably necessary to inspect it.

Once your returned item has been received and processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

Processing times after the refund has been issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

MADE-TO-ORDER & HANDCRAFTED PIECES

Most Métiers pieces are handcrafted individually after an order is placed. Because of this process, slight differences in form, texture, finish, stone appearance or other artisanal details may occur from one piece to another.

These natural variations are part of the handmade character of Métiers jewellery and are not considered manufacturing defects.

This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal for eligible standard products.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Products created specifically according to a customer's individual request or personal specifications are not eligible for return or withdrawal, except where required by applicable law in cases of defects or non-conformity.

This may include, for example:

personalised engravings,

custom dimensions or lengths not offered as a standard product option,

bespoke stone, colour or material requests,

alterations or designs produced specifically at the customer's request.

Where a product is considered custom or personalised, this will be communicated to the customer before the order is placed.

EXCHANGES

If exchanging an item, please proceed with the return and place a new order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@studiometiers.com, preferably with photographs of the item and packaging, so that we can assist you promptly.
